Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. All prices at checkout are shown in USD.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping times
We work with multiple fulfillment partners to get you the best product at the best price, so shipping times vary by item:

— Items fulfilled from a US warehouse typically arrive in 3–7 business days after processing.
— Items fulfilled internationally typically arrive in 12–25 business days after processing, depending on customs and local delivery conditions.

Each product page notes the expected delivery window where available. If your order contains items from more than one fulfillment partner, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Delays
Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We'll do our best to keep you updated if we're aware of a significant delay. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at shopaguara@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens — contact us as soon as possible.
