Refund policy

Return window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

How returns work
Because we work with fulfillment partners in multiple locations, please contact us at shopaguara@gmail.com before sending anything back. Do not ship an item back without contacting us first — items returned without an approved request may not be refunded.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and let you know next steps. Depending on the item and the reason for return, we may ask you to ship the item back to the originating fulfillment center, or in some cases (for example, low-value items or items that are defective or damaged) we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the item, since international return shipping is often not practical.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopaguara@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items
Sale or clearance items marked "final sale," and any consumable or single-use accessories (such as counterfeit-detection test strips), cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, contact us at shopaguara@gmail.com.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. After that window, your order may already be in processing with our fulfillment partner and we may not be able to cancel it before it ships — in that case, our standard return policy applies once it arrives.
